Our masterfully remodeled 1950s “fish camp” home now boasts 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms with a Private Pool makes this a retreat your family will want to return every year.

The Cotton Candy Beach Rental is close to 3500 square feet offering custom elegance and style in every square inch from the colorful, whimsical atmosphere beautifully created with custom designer touches in every stunning room. There are 2 spacious living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 master suites with private bathrooms, and even 2 laundry rooms which makes this the perfect sanctuary for a large family or group! Both King Beds in the back of the home have walk out balconies overlooking the Private Pool. Great for catching the ocean breeze in the morning while sipping coffee and reading a good book.

The primary living room includes a new 65” LED smart TV with 2 new plush sofas, adjacently located to kitchen and the spacious dining area with a table that seats 10. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare and serve your favorite meals for family and friends. Able to accommodate up to 12 people, each of the 4 bedrooms are outfitted with comfortable king-size beds while the 5th bedroom for the kids has full-over-full bunk beds. No pulling of straws over who gets the bigger beds or having to navigate the stairs since all bedrooms are located on the main living floor.

The fun continues at the top floor where the entire family will create more memories together playing pool, ping pong, or board games, while watching their favorite sporting game or tv show on the two 55” smart TV’s. Pool table also converts into a large dining/buffet table with hidden benches on each side. Step outside to watch the sunset from the abundant views of this 2nd story porch while sipping on your favorite beach cocktail. All three levels have high-end polywood outdoor furniture to rest & sunbath.

Plenty of beach gear, beach chairs, and a wagon are provided to ensure your days spent in the sun and surf are perfect! After a day at the beach, escape to your private backyard oasis playground for a dip in your sparkling PRIVATE pool, including outdoor shower & sink for rinsing off. House Rules:
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. MUST SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT.
● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
● No smoking or vaping inside the home! No parties.
● This property requires a separate $500 security deposit hold that will be collected separately by the property. This will be a hold on your card, not a charge and will be released after your stay assuming there are no damages/violations of rental agreement.
● Note: Pool is only heated during the colder winter months at an extra fee of $25/per day.

Parking is for 6 total vehicles max that must fit in the driveway or/and under carport. No large trailers, heavy equipment, or RV parking allowed per HOA community rules.

Snowbird-friendly and long term (30+ days) are considered. Please inquire for special pricing.

NOTICE: Exterior Ring cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage is private & may be used for liability reasons & to monitor occupancy & other house policies. It in NO way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in the public areas outside the home or around the swimming pool. To disable or obscure cameras is prohibited.

SUMMER 7 Night Min Stay = Staring in Summer 2025, the house will have a 7-night minimum stay from Friday-to-Friday. Most places around us enforce a Sat-to-Sat, but we think our guests are much happier to already be in town and enjoying the beach & house on a Saturday...plus it avoids all of the beach traffic!

BEACH WEDDING: Are you a beach bride?? We do allow small wedding receptions (30 & under guests) to be held at the property during time of booking. Event fee is an additional $250. Please reach us directly to get more details on this service!

We travel all over for music festivals and found the location of Hangout was one of the best we'd been to in the country. During one of our attendances to the concert, while laying on a white sugar sand beach, they looked at each other and we just knew we were going to own a home here someday. Once we said it out loud and both agreed, we knew there was no turning back. From then on, it became our mission to locate a Vacation home. What better way to share our love of the area and make it feasible than to rent it out as a short-term vacation home?! Casey is an interior decorator, so from there it became a flowing tide of coincidences as to how everything lined up. The moon, the stars, and all else came together to help us stumble upon this amazing 1949 Fish Camp. The people who sold to us had it rented out as a short-term vacation home. The overall responses from guests were a resounding echo of LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We saw how amazingly placed the home is situated and within walking distance to everything that drew us to Gulf Shores in the first place, including those amazing white sugar sand beaches!!! The first time we stayed in it, we knew we picked wisely. And it became clear, that we needed to make it bigger so families could come and join in on the fun of the area and still be able to entertain at home while away from home. That was our inspiration for the game room. The privacy of our own pool was the ultimate mission and we are so very happy with how it all turned out.
