Back yard is fenced in, but sorry we do NOT allow pets. Backyard backs up to green space. Kennedy Park neighborhood is friendly and you will see kids riding bikes and people walking their dogs. So Please Drive SLOW in our neighborhood and keep the kids and dogs safe!!
Property manager lives next door and can quickly respond to any emergency situations or issues that may arise. Otherwise we just wave hello and let you enjoy your stay and privacy!
Parking is for 4 total vehicles max that must fit in the driveway and/or garage. No street or grass parking, no trailers or heavy equipment allowed per HOA community rules.
Mid term stays (1+ month) allowed…Send inquiry for special monthly rate! Perfect home for traveling nurses or a family relocating to Foley/Gulf Shores!
House Rules:
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
● No 3rd party bookings.
● No Pets.
● Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment. Must sign rental agreement.
● No smoking. No parties.
● This property requires a separate $200 security deposit hold that will be collected separately by the property. This will be a hold on your card, not a charge and will be released after your stay assuming there are no damages/violations of rental agreement.
NOTICE: Exterior Ring camera monitors the exterior of the home. Footage is private & may be used for liability reasons & to monitor occupancy & other house policies. It in NO way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in the public areas around the home. To disable or obscure cameras is prohibited.

We loved living in Foley and still come back often to visit family and friends. We love our family and the memories we make together, and we wanted to offer The Palm Getaway as a home for other families to enjoy with their kids too. We hope all of families who come to the house will want to return every year for their family beach vacation, for sporting events, and to OWA."

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
