LOCATION:
This condo is located on Orange Beach, Alabama’s gorgeous sugar white beaches, and just minutes to wonderful area dining, family fun, golf, fishing, nightlife, and more!!
SLEEPING 8 CONFIGURATION:
>Master Bedroom: King size bed and private bath (Sleeps 2)
>Bedroom #2: Queen size bed and private bath (Sleeps 2)
>Bedroom #3: 1 Queen size bed with 1 Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, connected to private bath (Sleeps 4)
PARKING INFO:
Reservation includes parking fees/passes for 2 vehicles, which will be waiting for you inside the condo on day of arrival. Parking is for 2 total vehicles max. Current cost: $60/per vehicle.
HOUSE RULES:
● Check In 4:00pm | Check Out 10:00am
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members. Rental agreement must be signed.
● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment.
● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American’s with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
● No smoking or vaping in the condo or on balcony. No parties.
● Note: Parking fees are charged as resort fees when booking. Guests need to be fill out parking passes completely and place inside vehicle on day of check-in. 2 total passes are provided in fees with every booking.* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. (No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.)
● Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.
● Shoalwater is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $125 “damage/management fee” included in total fees charged, that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.
