PARKING INFO:
Reservation does NOT include any parking fees/passes. The HOA requires all guests to register and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA on-site at clubhouse on day of arrival.
Parking is for 2 total vehicles max and Parking Fee is PAID ON-SITE! Parking fees are not included in reservation total and decided by the building HOA. Current cost: $40/per vehicle.
HOUSE RULES:
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* This is smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $100 “damage/management fee” included in total fees charged, that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.
