Tucked beneath towering oaks on the quiet side of Fort Morgan, this beach house is a boater’s and fisherman’s retreat — far enough from the crowds, close enough when you want it (beach access is a 5-minute drive).
🛏️ This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps 14 people: 3 king suites plus a bunk room built for kids, each with a Smart TV.
🍽️ The fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and a standalone ice maker is ready for chilling cold drinks, with 2 large dining tables for the whole group to gather.
🚣 Launch from our kayak dock (2 kayaks + gear included, free) or use the boat dock to fish or get out on the water.
🔥 When the sun goes down, the fire pit and outdoor BBQ kitchen turn the back deck into the best seat on the bay.
🎮 Rainy day or just want to unwind? The downstairs game room — shuffleboard, cornhole, 65″ TV, surround sound — is built for the whole crew.
⛵ Boating Details: The boat dock can accommodate boats up to 14′ wide by 35′ long, with roughly 30″ max unloaded draft at low tide (only 2.5–3 feet deep). Electronic boat lifts are off-limits for guest use. The closest public boat launch is Pines Park, 3.5 miles away.
🚗 Plenty of Parking: Room for 6 cars plus space for your boat trailer — getting here is as easy as the days you’ll spend here.
📍 Note on Location: Our neighbors are full-time bayfront residents, so we ask for respect and quiet during your stay — this means observing quiet hours and turning off carport and dock lights at night.

RENTAL RULES:
● Check In 4:00pm | Check Out 10:00am
● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members.
● No 3rd party bookings. Primary guest booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement & name on credit card used for payment.
● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American’s with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
● No smoking or vaping inside property. No parties.
NOTICE: Exterior Ring cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage is private & may be used for liability reasons & to monitor occupancy & other house policies. It in NO way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in the public areas outside of the home. To disable or obscure cameras is prohibited.
🛡️ DAMAGE PROTECTION:
Instead of a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable damage/management fee that covers accidental damage at the property. Full details are outlined in the house rules and rental agreement at booking. You’re covered under our Waivo insurance policy — so if an accident happens, you’re protected and can relax and enjoy your stay.
🛏️ CLEAN BED GUARANTEE:
Every bed is made fresh before each stay — clean sheets, quilts, and comforters, guaranteed. We partnered with Kristie’s House Cleaning, a fellow local Gulf Shores business, and manage all cleaning and maintenance ourselves. Bathrooms come stocked with fresh bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and makeup towels.
🧴WHAT WE SUPPLY IN STARTER KIT:
We stock the basics to get you through your first night: bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and toilet paper in each bathroom. In kitchen: paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, and trash bags; plus coffee bar supplies and basic cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil).
We’re not a hotel — sorry we don’t restock during your stay, so please bring extra of anything you’ll need beyond the first night.
